Kemper closes $88mn sale of Reserve National to Medical Mutual

Kemper Corporation has completed the sale of Reserve National Insurance Company and its subsidiaries to Medical Mutual of Ohio, a deal that will see the Chicago-based auto insurer receive an $88mn cash consideration.
